My friend, Lanelle started a company called Clean Food Co. It's a food delivery option for people that are super busy or don't like to cook. The food is mostly organic and follows clean eating rules. This is one of my favorite dishes (and I don't eat much meat). The turkey meatloaf is super moist and loaded with veggies. The mashed cauliflower is surprisingly similar to mashed potatoes, but at just a fraction of the calories and carbs. Definitely worth a try. Quinoa is easy to make, cooks quicker than brown rice and is a nutritional powerhouse. Quinoa (pronounced keen-wa) contains essential amino acids like lysine and good quantities of calcium, phosphorus, and iron. Its protein content is very high (12%–18%). Unlike wheat or rice, quinoa contains a balanced set of essential amino acids for humans, making it a complete protein source, unusual among plant foods. It is also good source of dietary fiber. Quinoa is gluten-free and considered easy to digest. Get some today!
